  16. I have a 3D dxf model of an anatomic part of the human body.
  17.  
  18. I need a software tool (Sun, Mac or PC) which allows me to paint on the outer surface
  19. on that model.
  20. I want to draw lines/curves whith various thicknesses/colors on that model. When
  21. rendered the added geometry should be part of that model so when rotating the model
  22. also the new generated geometry should move with the model.

  24. Later an animation file (quicktime, avi, or others) shoud be generated of the moving
  25. model nicely displaying the generated curves on the anatomical part from different
  26. views.

  28. Is there any software which can handle:
  29. a) editing of an existing dxf (or other 3d format) model
  30. b) drawing on surfaces (generated from 3d models)
